We are looking for an experienced and confident administrator who is used to managing their own workload and delivering excellent service to a range of internal and external customers in a fast-paced role.

You will be working in a front-line position at our Carlisle office. The role will involve a range of responsibilities including the following:

Liaising and dealing with enquiries from various internal and external parties at the reception desk in our Borderway Mart office, Rosehill.

Inputting client data onto the practice and property management systems ensuring up-to-date client information is maintained on a daily basis.

Assisting in the delivery of the marketing strategy to enable better targeting by segment, postcode and client type focus

Undertaking confidential client related administrative duties as required, including the production of accurate correspondence and documentation from either audio or written instruction

You will need:

An ability to stay calm under pressure and prioritise your workload, you will require to be an excellent communicator in written and verbal formats

An outstanding understanding of Microsoft Office packages as well as the ability to learn how to use new systems quickly

A warm and welcoming personality

Customer care/relationship building experience and skills

A good telephone manner

Excellent administration skills

Good numeracy skills

Good literacy skills

Health and Safety awareness

Commercial awareness

Planning and organisational skills
