Female Support Worker

Walsingham Support is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Female Support Worker to join our team. About the Role:

As a Female Support Worker, you will provide high-quality person-centred care, supporting individuals to live fulfilling and independent lives. This is more than just a job; it's a chance to build meaningful relationships and witness the positive impact of your work every day. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily living activities, implementing individual support plans, and building positive relationships with service users and their families. You will be a key part of a supportive and collaborative team, working to create a welcoming and empowering environment. The work can be challenging at times, but the rewards are immeasurable.

Essential Requirements:

  • Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, and challenging behaviours.
  • A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle.
  • Mandatory Training essential
  • PMVA Training mandatory
  • Enhanced DBS

Pay Rate: £16-£18 per hour
