The Role
As a Female Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support to older individuals in a purpose-built extra care setting. Your role will involve:
- Building trusting therapeutic relationships with service users
- Providing respectful personal care tailored to individual needs
- Encouraging and supporting an active and fulfilling lifestyle
- Ensuring the well-being, dignity, and independence of service users
- This is a full-time position (37.5 hours per week), with shifts between 07:00 - 22:00, including nights, sleep-ins, weekends, and public holidays, depending on service needs.
What you need
- A genuine passion for supporting older adults
- Good communication skills and a caring nature
- A Full UK Driving Licence and access to a car
- Previous care experience is beneficial but not essential - full training is provided!
