Their team consists of experienced dentists, hygienists and support staff who work collaboratively to deliver personalised treatments tailored to each patient's unique needs.
Your new role
In your new role as Receptionist, you will act as a first point of contract for patients and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the practice. Your duties will consist of:
- Front desk management (greeting patients, answering calls etc)
- Maintain & update patient records accurately
- Process insurance claims
- Patient support
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, it is important to have great interpersonal and communication skills. Additionally, you will need experience within a customer facing role / administrative role, so you are capable of operating around their in-house system and handling patients.
