Collections Officer – Travelling, Carlise Based.

Here at Peopleforce Recruitment we are looking for a candidate who has a flexible schedule to work on a part-time basis collecting drug and alcohol samples. This role should be around 2-3 days of work each week, depending on client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Collections Officer, you will:

  • Conduct drug and alcohol sample collections in accordance with industry standards and company protocols.
  • Ensure proper identification, labeling, and handling of samples to maintain chain-of-custody integrity.
  • Adhere strictly to confidentiality and privacy policies while interacting with clients and test subjects.
  • Travel to client sites or testing locations as needed (travel expenses covered, if applicable).
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of sample collection and testing activities.
  • Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally at all times.

Skills & Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Have strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and respect in all interactions.
  • Are comfortable working independently and managing schedules effectively.
  • Hold a valid driver’s license, personal vehical and are willing to travel.
