Operations Support Coordinator (Part-Time) - Carlton in Lindrick
Our client, located in Carlton in Lindrick, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Support Coordinator to join their team on a part-time basis. This role requires 25 hours per week, spread across 5 days, with flexibility in start and finish times. Occasional travel to other local sites will be necessary, so a valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.
Hourly Rate: 12.06 per hour
Key Responsibilities:

Agency Liaison & KPI Reporting: Organize and attend review meetings with agencies. Produce and analyse KPIs related to recruitment fulfillment success and employee retention.

Recruitment Support: Assist with the recruitment process by sorting and screening CVs, preparing shortlists for operations management, and organising interviews.

Employee Meetings & Reviews: Schedule and manage various employee-related meetings, including return-to-work interviews and probationary reviews.

Absence Monitoring: Track and report on absence levels across individuals, areas, and sites, identifying any trends.

Employee Services Coordination: Organise and manage services for employees, such as occupational health assessments, health screenings, and counseling sessions.

HR Correspondence: Draft employee-related correspondence using standard HR templates, ensuring timely and accurate communication.

Meeting Support: Assist operational management in employee meetings, including disciplinary meetings, by taking detailed notes.

Market Research: Conduct regular research on recruitment trends, pay rates, and engage with local business networks and schemes within Bassetlaw and South Yorkshire.

System Support: Act as the point of contact for employees needing assistance with systems such as ESS (holidays, pay slips) and Westfield Health.

Training & Development: Coordinate and book external training sessions for employees, including health and safety, IT, and professional development courses.

Appraisal & Development Support: Assist in the appraisal process and support apprentice/graduate schemes.

Time Management & KPI Tracking: Help manage timekeeping systems, ensure accurate allocation of hours, and track KPIs.

Employee Communication: Work with health & safety and training personnel to assist with employee communications, such as briefs, bulletins, newsletters, and maintaining information boards.
Requirements:
- Driving Licence & Vehicle: Due to the need for travel between local sites, a valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle are required.
- HR/Operations Experience: Previous experience in a similar operations or HR support role is advantageous.
- Strong Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels.
