Coating Machine Operator Saxmundham
Salary 14.53 Per hour 31,733 rising to 15.76 after approximately 3 months training
Our customer is a leading name in the industry, is seeking a dedicated Coating Machine Operator to join our team at our Saxmundham facility.
About the Role:
As a Coating Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our coating machines to ensure efficient and high-quality production. This role involves working a rotating shift pattern, encompassing both day and night shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating coating machines according to established procedures and quality standards.
- Monitoring machine performance and making necessary adjustments.
- Conducting routine inspections and maintenance on equipment.
- Adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Contributing to a positive and productive team environment.
Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a motivated individual with previous production experience in a manufacturing setting. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are essential qualities for this role.
