Controls Engineer
£40,000 - £46,000 + £4K car allowance + Overtime + Bonus

Controls Engineer - The Role:
- Design and implement control systems including Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, and Scheinder PLCs.
- Develop and manage HMI SCADA systems for optimal operational efficiency.
- Create Functional Design Specifications (FDS) and I/O Schedules in line with project requirements.
- Interpret P&ID's to ensure accurate system configuration and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by staying abreast of industry trends and technologies.
Controls Engineer - The Person:
- Proven experience in PLC/Controls Engineering.
- Proficiency with Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, and Scheinder PLCs.
- Strong skills in HMI SCADA systems.
- Ability to read and interpret P&ID's.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Located in Nottinghamshire, this role would be commutable from Nottingham, Leicester, Derby and can be highly hybrid with the majority of time either work from home or up to 30% at client site across the East of England with monthly meetings at head office in Nottingham.
