A new permanent role is available for a Qualified or QBE Accountant in the Carmarthen/Llandeilo area.
The position involves managing an in-house bookkeeper, preparing management accounts, and handling taxation matters for a growing local business in various sectors including property development and rental.
Candidates should have experience in accounting, and while prior experience in property development or rental is beneficial, it is not essential.
The role offers a competitive and negotiable salary, and applicants are encouraged to have at least some experience in practice or industry accounting.
This is an office-based position, reporting to the Managing Director and working under a part-time Senior Accountant as he approaches retirement.

Brand new permanent role for a Qualified or QBE Accountant in the Carmarthen/Llandeilo area.It's a challenging accountant role for the property side of a burgeoning local business - an exciting broad based business covering multi Industry sectors including: Property Development / Construction / CIS / Rental business (Commercial and Residential) & Pension Accounts.A busy role managing an experienced book keeper inhouse, preparing Management accounts, dealing with lots of Intercompany transactions and also dealing with taxation matters (personal and business). Reporting to the Managing Director daily, but also working under the direction of a part-time Senior Accountant, as an understudy to him as he is taking steps towards retirement.They use Sage 50. It is an office based role and the salary is competitive and negotiable for the right candidate.
