We are seeking a dedicated Welsh Speaking Project Administrator to support a major initiative. This is your chance to work with an amazing team committed to making a real difference. This role is offered on a fixed term contract basis until May 2025. The role: 
  • Manage correspondence, calls, and emails.
  • Organise meetings and take minutes.
  • Maintain accurate records and files.
  • Prepare travel itineraries.
  • Support event planning and execution.
  • Assist with project plans, budgets, and invoices.
  • Handle grant processing and authorisations.
  • Ensure high customer service standards.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders.
The candidate:
  • Experience in bilingual administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong IT skills.
  • Ability to prioritise and work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
