Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Yolk Recruitment are working with a world leader who's brand is recognised world wide in their search for a Multiksilled Maintenance Engineer working on a 4on4off shift pattern.

As a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of the company's machinery and equipment. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to ensure that the company's equipment is always running at peak efficiency.

Here's what you'll be doing:
  • Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on the company's machinery and equipment
  • Diagnosing and repairing faults on the company's machinery and equipment
  • Assisting with the installation of new machinery and equipment
  • Working closely with other members of the maintenance team to ensure that all work is completed on time and to a high standard
  • Keeping accurate records of all work carried out and parts used
The skills and experience you'll bring to the team:
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Strong mechanical and electrical skills
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible approach to work and a willingness to learn new skills
