Sonic Summary

Prospero Teaching is seeking specialist 1-1 Teaching Assistants to work in a special needs school catering to children with autism and social emotional and mental health needs.
Positions are available for both experienced individuals and those with limited experience who are eager to learn.
The role is temporary and full-time, starting ASAP, with working hours from 8:45 am to 3:20 pm, Monday to Friday during term time.
The minimum salary for this position is £87.90 per day.
Candidates should have an understanding of childcare and special educational needs, and some experience working with children is preferred.

1-1 Teaching Assistant -

Prospero Teaching are looking for a number of specialist SEN TA's to work within a special needs school, which caters for children with autism and social emotional and mental health needs.

These positions are open to individuals who may have experience working with these special needs, and to those who have limited experience but a passion to learn more within this field. Depending on performance, the school would look at either extending the contract or offering a permanent position.

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS

A level of understanding about childcare and special educational needs

Some experience working with children

Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year - Prospero can provide this
