TeacherActive is seeking Teaching Assistants in Carmarthenshire with experience in ALN or challenging behavior.
Candidates should have a calm and nurturing approach, and experience supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.
The role involves working with students across Key Stages 3 and 4 on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, particularly those with AUTISM/ESBD/MLD.
All supply staff are paid on a PAYE basis, ensuring proper tax and National Insurance deductions.
Applicants are required to have relevant experience and will undergo an enhanced DBS check and reference verification.

TeacherActive require Teaching Assistants experienced in working with challenging students to work in a school catering for a variety of needs, based in Carmarthenshire.
