We are looking for an IT Engineer for a client based in Carmarthen, South West Wales. This would suit someone with up to 12 months' experience in an IT role, or someone from a technical call centre background, or someone who has completed professional IT training courses looking for a career switch, or a person who has recently completedan IT Support Degree or similar qualification.
What you need:
- Basic technical skills - ability to fix basic issues
- IT experience or IT support training
- A real desire to learn and grow
- Excellent communication skills
- Collaborative mindset
- Ability to be flexible on location for at least 6 months to learn the ropes
- Ability to pass SC clearance
- Your own transport
