Llesiant Delta Wellbeing (Home – Delta Wellbeing) is one of the most successful council-owned arms-length companies in the UK. After a period of rapid expansion, it is now the leading company for Technology Enabled Care (TEC) in Wales providing services to more than 30 organisations and employing more than 170 people.

The council is now looking to appoint a Chair and up to two Non-Executive Directors. The successful candidates will join us at an exciting time as we look to the next stage of development for the company. Candidates will have a keen interest in health, social care and the use of technology alongside a strong commercial or senior public sector background.

The Chair will demonstrate key skills in leadership, governance and hold a proven track record in large organisations as an ethical driven leader. They will need to be forward-thinking to support the company’s rapid growth. The Non-Executive Directors will support the Chair and Managing Director to generate new business, meet the council’s expectations, and ensure all business needs are delivered in an effective and efficient way.
