About This Firm: Our client in Catmarthen is renowned for providing high-quality legal services with a focus on family law matters. With a large client base, they are committed to offering personalised and compassionate support to individuals and families navigating challenging legal issues.

Role Overview: Our client is seeking an experienced Childcare Family Solicitor or Legal Executive to join the friendly team and provide expert legal representation and advice in childcare proceedings. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and make a meaningful impact in their lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a caseload of childcare proceedings, including care orders, adoption, and child protection matters.
  • Providing legal advice and representation to clients in family court proceedings and meetings with social services.
  • Conducting legal research, drafting documents, and preparing court submissions.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, offering empathetic support and guidance throughout the legal process.
  • Collaborating with colleagues and external agencies to achieve positive outcomes for clients and their families.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with substantial experience in childcare law.
  • Strong knowledge of childcare proceedings and relevant legislation.
