Experience: Frailty/Acute Physiotherapist.

• Prevent avoidable admissions
• Aiding patient flow
• Support in the assessment of complex patients
• Aim to reduce the risk held in A&E

Working Pattern: Monday - Friday 8:00 - 4:00

Start date- ASAP with possible extenstion
