Are you looking to join a well known local company?
My client based in Carmarthen are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their team.
As an Accounts Assistant you will be providing accounting and administrative support to the Finance Manager to ensure customer and supplier accounts are accurate.
Your duties will include:
- Daily reconciliation of the bank and providing any payment receipt information to the correct department
- Inputting supplier invoices and monthly reconciliations against statements
- Processing sales invoices and sending to customers accordingly.
- Monthly statements and debtor reports.
- Weekly payroll (Sage 50)
- Ad hoc accounts duties
The ideal candidate will have
- Experience in an accounts administration role.
- Knowledge of Sage 50 Accounts and Payroll
- Confident with all MS packages including Excel
