Equal Education Partners are looking for a passionate and dedicated ALN Teacher with experience supporting Additional Learning Needs (ALN) to join our team in Carmarthen. Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver tailored lessons for students with ALN

  • Support students one-on-one or in small groups, ensuring lessons are accessible and engaging

  • Maintain accurate records of student progress, achievement, and behaviour

  • Adhere to safeguarding policies and ensure the well-being of students

Key Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification

  • Experience working with students with Additional Learning Needs (ALN)

  • A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach to teaching

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

  • Right to work in the UK

  • EWC registration (or willingness to register)
