Our client, an award-winning Hotel in Cornwall, is seeking a Chef de Rang. The hotel stands out as a leader in luxury accommodations and dining. The client is offering a salary between 28,000 to 30,000 depending on experience with a range of additional benefits!
What Does the Role Entail?
Step into a pivotal role as a passionate and hands-on Chef de Rang working 10 or 8-hour shifts. You'll be supporting the Waiting team, ensuring the best possible service in the Client's renowned restaurants, learning to maintain high standards, and contributing to the world of fine dining with a dedicated approach to customer care and service. The client's two restaurants are AA rosette thus the client demands Quality, Speed and a learning attitude in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
What skills will you have?
Ideally, you will have prior experience in a similar role as a Chef de rang within the hospitality sector, to give you an understanding of the industry's specific demands. While appreciating tradition, you should exhibit a forward-thinking mindset and adaptability to the demands of a high-volume operation. Your proven expertise in Restaurant practices, including organisational skills, positive attitude, and excellent customer service skill-set, will be key to your success. A creative and innovative mindset, coupled with exceptional communication skills are qualities the client values in the ideal candidate.
