We’re working with our well-established client, who is based on the out skirts of Carnforth to recruit for a Service Administrator.

Role Overview:

As a Service Administrator, you will play a crucial role by coordinating and organising engineer visits, managing diaries with precision, and overseeing installation projects. You will handle customer enquiries, address service issues, gather necessary information, and provide timely feedback to our client’s valued customers. Additionally, you will prepare and manage paperwork meticulously, ensuring every detail is accurate and complete. This role requires a high level of organisation, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Enquiries: Handle phone and email enquiries efficiently, ensuring prompt resolutions.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate service records, including work orders, warranties, and service agreements.
  • Service Orders: Create and manage service work orders, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
  • Warranty Issues: Address and resolve warranty issues, liaising with in-house departments.
  • Scheduling: Organise and confirm visits for installation and repair services, maintaining detailed records.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills to liaise effectively with clients and team members.
  • Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple projects with a flexible approach.
  • Organisational Skills: Work methodically and efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • Tech-Savvy: Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Detail-Oriented: Produce accurate paperwork with a keen eye for detail.

Hours of Work:

  • Monday to Thursday: 8:00 am to 5:30 pm Friday: 8:00 am to 3:00 pm
