Job Title: Product Consultant/Sales Manager – Team LeaderDepartment: SalesJob Type: PermanentReports To: Managing DirectorSalary: £45,000 + CommissionAxon Moore is extremely excited to be representing a global market leader, looking for their next sales superstars.Our client boasts a list of high-end clients from major high-end retailers to celebrities and everything in between.Position Summary:The Product Consultant Team Leader is essential for driving sales growth, guiding their team to consistently meet and exceed targets. This role focuses on performance, leadership, and maintaining high standards, balancing team guidance with active participation in personal sales efforts. The Team Leader sets and communicates clear targets, fostering a culture of accountability and success. This role involves in-house sales, primarily conducted via phone, email, and IT tools, covering all aspects of the sales process including lead management, client engagement, pricing, and order fulfilment.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and manage a personal sales pipeline, showcasing best practices in sales techniques.
  • Inspire and lead the sales team by example, offering support, coaching, and mentorship.
  • Regularly assess team performance, providing constructive feedback and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Organise training sessions to equip team members with the skills needed to excel.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with organisational goals, ensuring team focus and effectiveness.
  • Build and nurture customer relationships, emphasising engagement and satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly sales reports to senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and strategic insights.
  • Utilise CRM systems and other tools to enhance productivity and track performance.
  • Translate and predict trends into product development initiatives.
  • Organize CPD sessions for RIBA-accredited architects, inviting representatives from various practices to attend events at showrooms or other locations.
Supervisory Responsibilities:Directly supervises the sales team, adhering to organisational policies and legal standards.Competencies:
