Our client, an established national Financial company, due to an exciting period of expansion, are currently recruiting a diligent, hardworking and proactive Accounts Assistant to join their team.

Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, key responsibilities will include.

  • Assist with monthly management accounts
  • Purchase / sales ledger duties including month end.
  • Issue monthly statements
  • Assist with credit control & payroll as and when required.
  • Process bank payments & receipts
  • Regular reconciliation of all bank accounts
  • Control & process the cash needs within the business including foreign currency requirements.
  • Assist in preparation of a variety of regular & ad hoc financial & administrative reports.
  • Ensure the finance filing is kept up to date in a timely manner.

As a successful candidate you will have prior experience within a similar role with a good working knowledge of spreadsheets and accounting software, strong organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise your workload together with a great eye for accuracy.
