An established employee-owned software company in Cumbria is seeking a .NET developer with 5+ years of software development experience.
The position offers a full-time permanent role with a salary range of £40,000 to £55,000.
Initially, the role requires 6 months of full-time onsite work, followed by a hybrid working model of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
Key responsibilities include designing user-facing features, building scalable applications, and collaborating with project managers and stakeholders.

I'm partnering with an established employee-owned software company just North of Lancaster in Cumbria, specializing in life-critical healthcare systems and NHS projects. They're currently looking for a .NET developer to their existing team of 14 developers.

Key Responsibilities:• Design and development of user-facing features and server-side code• Building scalable applications and reusable code libraries• Contributing to technical design sessions• Collaborating with project managers, developers, and stakeholders• Some customer support duties

Technical Skills:• 5+ years of software development experience• Strong C# and .NET development expertise• WPF, XAML, and MVVM for UI development• Entity Framework Core• API design and development• Database development• Source control (Git/TFS)
