- Actively maintain and manage a personal Sales Pipeline, demonstrating best practice and providing a real-time example of effective Sales Techniques
- Inspire and motivate the Sales Team by leading trough example, offering support, coaching and mentorship to enhance their skills and performance
- Regularly assess individual and team performance against targets providing constructive feedback and identifying opportunities for growth
- Organise and facilities training sessions to equip team members with the tools and knowledge they need to excel
- Develop and implement Sales Strategies that align with organization goals, ensuring the team is focused and effective
- Build and nurture relationships with customers demonstrating the importance of customer engagement and satisfaction
- Prepare and Present weekly & monthly Sales Reports to Senior Management; highlighting success, challenges and strategic insights
- Foster an environment of productivity utilizing our CRM system and other tools to offer
- Responsible for translating, predicting and shaping trends into product development.
