We want to expand our busy team and are looking for experienced Fabricators/Welders.
Minimum Requirements:
- You will be able to weld to coding standard to BS EN 9606 1 to maintain CE marking standard EN1090.
- You will hold a current, clean driving licence.
Specific Responsibilities:
- You will undertake weld tests to ensure that welds are produced to the welding standard EN 9606-1.
- You will have the ability to read detailed design CAD drawings.
- You will produce fabricated steelwork that meets client requirements as directed by the Fabrication Manager and to a high standard.
- You will follow processes that will ensure that fabrications are produced to EN1090 execution class 2.
- You will be able to perform climbing duties where necessary e.g measuring up for proposed fabrications.
- You will have good house keeping.
- You will be responsible for maintaining workshop machinery as necessary and reporting any defect.
- You will be responsible for your own safety and others around them at all times.
