Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure seamless project scoping and design within budget and timeframe constraints.

Oversee project progress from inception to handover, devising strategies to tackle any challenges that arise.

Set and achieve project targets by efficiently utilizing operational and support resources.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives across multiple operations sites.

Ideal Candidate:

Holds an HNC/Degree in Project Management, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or related fields.

Possesses a Full Driving Licence for travel to sites across Scotland.

Demonstrates a proactive approach to continuous improvement and exceptional internal customer service.

Excels in building relationships with internal stakeholders, business partners, and suppliers.

Proficient in planning and organizing activities to ensure timely delivery of objectives.

Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with adaptability to various ERP systems.
