On offer is the chance to progress within a reputable company, where you'll play a key role in the team and have the opportunity to grow and develop through their internal training programs.
This company, with nearly a decade of experience, specialises in the residential sector, handling projects ranging from small to large. In this role, you will be expected to manage 3-5 projects at a time, with values ranging from £200k to £5 million.
This role is ideal for an Architectural Assistant who wants to work within a small team on a variety of bespoke residential projects, offering the opportunity to develop your skills through ongoing internal CPD courses.The role:
- Responsible for conducting feasibility studies, preparing drawings, handling planning applications, creating technical drawings
- Creating presentations and providing support with various day-to-day tasks related to architecture projects
- Surveying sites
- Monday - Friday (9:00am - 5:30pm)
The person:
- Knowledge and experience of CAD software
- Experience in Architecture industry demonstrated in portfolio
- Understanding of UK Building Regulations and Planning Applications
