Job Title: Part 2 Architectural Assistant

Salary: £27,000 - £30,000
This is an excellent opportunity to join an established architectural practice who provide expert architectural, interior design and landscaping design services to the commercial sector. They are on the lookout for an ambitious Part 2 Architectural Assistant who are looking to progress their career within the construction industry and help provide expert design services to a range of commercial properties.
To be successful in applying for the role of Part 2 Architectural Assistant, you will need a relevant master's within Architecture and have a minimum of one years' experience within an architectural practice. The successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate design flare and proficiency in industry standard software such as Revit and AutoCAD.

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Part 2 Architectural Assistant:
- A minimum of one years' experience working within a UK based architectural practices
- be able to demonstrate a high level of precision and attention to detail
- relevant experience within the commercial sector
- Strong organisational skills
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good knowledge of UK building regulations and tender package experience
- Having interior design experience would be beneficial
