Daniel Owen are proud to be representing a well-known social housing organisation based in the South London area who are looking for a highly skilled Head of Pre-Construction Delivery to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Pre-Construction phase of projects, ensuring all activities are planned and executed efficiently.
- Liaise with key stakeholders to understand project requirements and expectations.
- Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases.
- Manage the procurement process for all project-related items and services.
- Coordinate with the construction team to ensure project readiness.
- Implement risk management processes to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication between all project stakeholders.
- Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
Key Knowledge:
- A degree in a relevant field such as Construction/Building Management or Civil Engineering.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the construction/Housing refurbishment sector.
- Strong understanding of the Pre-Construction phase, including design, procurement, and planning.
- Excellent leadership and project management skills.
- The ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of health and safety regulations in the construction industry
