We are a busy claims company based in Carshalton, working for an insurance company who specialises in Hire and Reward. Due to rapid expansion within the DCL Group, we have a vacancy for a Customer Service Assistant in our FNOL department.

The Customer Service Assistant is responsible for receiving incoming calls and making outbound calls to customers after an accident. As the first point of contact to our customers it’s essential that you deliver excellent customer service and communicate with customers effectively and professionally. We are looking for candidates who are confident communicators with lots of initiative, you will be conscientious, reliable, and able to work at pace within a busy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- First point of contact with customers regarding FNOL claims calls
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills when gathering information
- Professional attitude, ability to engage with clients and empathetic manner
- Ability to work in a high paced environment diligently and accurately
- Demonstrating the fair treatment of customers during all customer contact
