Learning Support Assistant - Join Our Team!
We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistant to join our team, working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) to help them reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support to students with SEN, including those with autism, ADHD, and other learning needs
- Assist teachers in delivering tailored interventions and support strategies
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting student engagement and confidence
- Help develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behavioral strategies
- Support students' academic and social development, building essential life skills
- Adapt learning materials to meet individual needs, facilitating understanding and progress
- Provide emotional support and pastoral care, ensuring students feel safe and valued

Requirements:
- Experience working with students with SEN or in a similar support role
- Patient, empathetic, and resilient approach to supporting students with diverse needs
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
