About the role

In this role, you’ll be pivotal to helping the company realise exciting and inspiringly ambitious growth targets.

Your key duties will be providing mid-corporate level clients with flawless advice and unrivalled products which meet their highly specialist commercial insurance needs.

With this fast-paced role, commercial insurance experience is essential. It will be your exceptional qualities, confidence in delivery, belief in excellence and innate ability to service the existing business successfully, that will help you succeed.

What you can expect

In addition to an attractive salary, there are exciting incentives including an annual bonus. As you would expect, there is also a generous benefits package. [This includes 10% employer contribution pension (5% employee); 26 days holiday plus bank holidays; and private medical insurance.]

You’ll be offered flexibility to work hybrid with a minimum 3 office days (subject to business needs) based in offices in an enterprising and thriving Oxfordshire new town. 

Career progression will be thoroughly supported, including study towards the Cert CII qualifications. 

What you’ll bring

To succeed, you'll need a strong understanding of commercial insurance, either broadly or within a specific line. You must also have proven experience managing commercial client accounts as an account handler, executive, or development executive, as we have commercial insurance job opportunities across all levels of roles. 

To ensure you’re creating maximum value for your clients, you’ll need to be an exceptional communicator, excellent at building strong relationships internally as much as externally.
