The role : Seeking a Level 3 qualified practitioner - Carterton to join the team. As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will:

• Provide high-quality care and education to EYFS children.
• Complete and monitor paperwork effectively, including observations, planning, and learning journeys in line with the EYFS.
• Foster positive parent/family partnerships through clear communication and effective handovers.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless information sharing and maintain confidentiality.
• Safeguard children and respond to their well-being, following appropriate procedures.
• Be flexible in working across different rooms and settings to support the nursery's operations.
• Maintain high standards of room presentation and adhere to the EYFS areas of learning.
• Embrace equality of opportunity and support children with additional needs, working with outside agencies as needed.
• Promote British values and create an inclusive environment for all children as the Level 3 Nursery Practitioner - Carterton.

Job Types:

Pay:

• 83.50 - 90 per day (subject to experience)

Additional Level 3 Nursery Practitioner - Carterton Responsibilities:

• Attend staff meetings, training, and nursery events.
• Perform some domestic tasks within the nursery.
• Assist in creating a high-quality environment that respects cultural and developmental needs.

Skills and Qualifications:

• NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or higher
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and high standards of practice
• Full clean driving licence (preferred)
• Located or can commute to daily.
