Our client has an opportunity for a Technical Records Administrator to join them on a contract basis until December 2025. You will be reporting to the Part CAMO Manager, collating, sorting, auditing and administering all technical records and documents.

Role: Technician Records Administrator
Location: Brize Norton - 60% onsite
Hours: 35
Clearance: BPSS required to start - full SC to follow
Hourly Rate: Up to 29.04 per hour via Umbrella, inside IR35

What you'll be doing:

  • Collect all paperwork, sort and distribute to relevant members of the Technical Services department for review.
  • Audit all Sector Record Pages (SRPs), Work Packs, Engineering Documentation and any further documentation denoting maintenance carried out on aircraft or flight operations.
  • SRP management and update into relevant documents.
  • Create and distribute all corrections to the relevant departments.
  • Carry out Quality checks on documentation.
  • Update Technical Log Books with applicable chapters and ensure quality.
  • Report monthly metrics on SRP errors.
  • Scan and electronically file all documentation in the correct location and format according to local procedures.


Requirements:

  • Technical background experience ideally aviation
  • Data entry using an aviation tool or maintenance data entry
  • Need a high attention to detail
  • Must be computer literate
  • Must be able to work autonomously and be highly organised
