Belcan Workforce Solutions are seeking a Technical Records Administrator on a 12-month contract to join our aerospace client's operations team in Brize Norton.
This is a hybrid position, 35 hours a week offering 29 per hour umbrella.
The Role
As a Technical Records Administrator you will collate, sort, audit and administer all technical records and documents to the Technical Services department for review.
You will audit all Sector Record Pages (SRPs), Work Packs, Engineering Documentation and any further documentation denoting maintenance carried out on aircraft or flight operations.
- Create and distribute all corrections to the relevant departments.
- Carry out Quality checks on documentation.
- Scan and electronically file all documentation in the correct location and format according to local procedures.
What we're looking for
The successful candidate will need previous data entry experience and be able to work autonomously and be highly organised. You will have a technical background ideally within the aviation industry along with a high attention to detail.
You must be able to commute to Brize Norton 3 days a week.
