We are delighted to be working with an ambitious insurance broker who are recruiting a Commercial Insurance Client Advisor/Account Handler, due to a sustained period of growth.
The Client Advisor/Account Handler will be working within the commercial team, focusing on servicing and managing new and existing clients across both manual and e-traded business.
Responsibilities and Duties include:
. Providing effective account management of existing accounts, in order to gain repeat business
. Building client and insurer relationships to grow accounts
. Ensure that all service-related intelligence is recorded accurately and made available to the wider team to ensure a coordinated and planned approach to follow-up
. Handling renewals and mid-term adjustments
. Manage complaints and queries in a timely and efficient manner
. Invoicing and chasing overdue payments
The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a commercial insurance role, together with strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to build and maintain relationships along with experience of MS Word and Excel.
