About Us:
We offer a fulfilling and exciting role as a 1:1 Teaching Support in a respected primary school located in Brize Norton, Carterton. With excellent transport links and on-site parking, you'll have the opportunity to promote and enhance the learning and social skills of KS2 children with additional needs. Your role as a 1:1 TA will encompass individual one-to-one support as well as guiding small group learning and activities.
1:1 TA Requirements:
* Empathetic and skilled in building meaningful relationships with children* Ability to adapt your approach to meet the unique needs of each child* Collaborate closely with teachers, educational psychologists, and other professionals* Ensure accurate implementation of personalized educational plans* Create and adapt support materials to facilitate success in a mainstream classroom environment* Foster an engaging and stimulating classroom learning experience
