Export Sales Administrator
We are supporting a client of ours based in Burford, Oxford who are looking for an Export Sales Administrator to join their team on a temp to perm basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to sales enquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Coordinate customer collections and deliveries through our warehouse.
- Arrange and oversee import/export processes, ensuring compliance with customs regulations
- Maintain accurate documentation for import/export processes.
- Monitor stock levels on Sage and place orders when necessary.
- Oversee office supplies and ensure sufficient inventory.
- Handle invoicing, filing, and other administrative tasks.
- Conduct and manage risk assessments for both the showroom and warehouse.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
We welcome applications from candidates with diverse backgrounds. While experience in a similar role is advantageous, it is not essential. We are looking for:

- Confident communication skills, with a professional approach to engaging with customers and trade partners.

- A problem-solver with a positive, can-do attitude.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Word and Excel.
- Use of Sage
- Ability to manage and update in-house databases
All training will be provided.
Pay Rate: £27k/£28k.
