Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans across various subjects to secondary school students.
- Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a positive learning environment.
- Adapt quickly to new environments and build rapport with students and staff.
- Follow school policies and procedures, including safeguarding and behaviour management.
- Provide feedback to the regular teacher or school leadership on the day's lessons and any issues that arose.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching in a secondary school setting.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students effectively.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in different schools and subjects.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Availability at short notice.
