Administrative Assistant/Receptionist | Carterton | Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm | £20,000-£25,500 per year
Our client specialises in residential and commercial automation alongside the manufacture of industry-leading aluminium gates. They design, build, install and maintain electric gates, entry systems, bollards and barriers.
They pride themselves on the quality of their work and the satisfaction of their customers. As a small business with less than 15 employees, every person counts and every voice is heard.
They have grown their business alongside the people they work with and as such they like to look after everyone in the company. They like to work hard, but with regular breakfast trips outside of the office and a trip away for all staff each year, they intend to create the strongest team possible.

- Great communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer service
- Organised and able to multi task with a keen eye for detail
- Acting in a professional, friendly and calm manner, even under pressure
- Proficient use of IT applications is essential
What will your role look like?
- Take calls from new and existing customers
- Manage inbound company emails
- Log customer issues
- Triage and schedule maintenance requests
- Organise service visits
- Order stock and equipment
- Liaise with engineers
- Generate quotes for existing customers
- Process payments over the phone
- Schedule third parties and contractors
- Manage installation projects
