Thrive Trowbridge are delighted to be working with our client in the Castle Cary area who are actively looking to recruit an HR Advisor.
What you will be doing:
You will provide comprehensive HR support, facilitate employee relations and contribute to the development of HR processes and policies
- Responsible for the recruitment process
- Employee Relations, dealing with queries and providing advice
- Staff development including L&D
- Involvement in a variety of interesting project work
What you will need to succeed:
- CIPD qualified or equivalent
- Proven track record in a similar role ideally gained within manufacturing or production
- A confident communicator at all levels
- The ability to work in a fast paced environment
