Office Administrator - Construction Business - Castle Donington - Ongoing work - Free parking 

We are looking for an Office Administrator to start work with one of our clients in the Castle Donington area. There is free parking on site.

You will be working circa 38-40 hours per week in a long term freelance role with the potential opportunity to be taken on permanently. 

Duties will include the following;

  • Typing of meeting minutes
  • Arranging meetings
  • Liaison with contractors and other members of the project team 
  • Day to day administration tasks such as filing, archiving, sending emails and collating data
