We are recruiting for a fabric maintenance operative to cover PPM and reactive maintenance on a prestigious facility in the Derbyshire area area. This role is a permanent position working Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, with the requirement to join an on call rota so a driving licence is required.
The fabric maintenance operative will be responsible for:
- General trade/fabric works, and pre planned and reactive fabric maintenance.
- Compliance checks such as tap temps, emergency lighting etc.
- Small works and minor refurbishment works.
- Logistics and stock and supply.
- Minor plumbing/minor leak repair
- Ad-hoc handyperson duties such as minor Joinery, patch painting etc.
The ideal candidate will hold a formal trade qualification, and a driving licence, as a van is provided for the week the operative is on call.
