Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within automotive, logistics, or a related industry
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems

Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing information about services, procedures, and timelines
Liaise with clients to collect necessary documentation and answer any queries throughout the process
Ensure a positive and seamless experience for customers from initial contact to delivery
Handle general office duties, including filing, ordering supplies, and maintaining office organisation
Monitor and track payments, invoices, and other financial documents in collaboration with the finance team
Manage incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring prompt and professional communication
