A fabulous opportunity has arisen to join a thriving business based in Castle Donington for an experienced Administrator. The successful candidate will possess a high standard of attention to detail, exceptional customer service skills and have an inquisitive nature/not afraid to ask questions and delve deeper. This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the business services, and the ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, a strong ability to multitask, and a customer-focused mindset

What we're looking for:

Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within automotive, logistics, or a related industry
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to multitask and prioritise workloads in a fast-paced environment
Customer-focused approach with a professional and friendly demeanour


The finer elements of the role include:

Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing information about services, procedures, and timelines
Liaise with clients to collect necessary documentation and answer any queries throughout the process
Ensure a positive and seamless experience for customers from initial contact to delivery
Handle general office duties, including filing, ordering supplies, and maintaining office organisation
Monitor and track payments, invoices, and other financial documents in collaboration with the finance team
Manage incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring prompt and professional communication
