A well established company based in Castle Donington have an exciting and rewarding opportunity for a part time Marketing Assistant to cover maternity leave. Based in the Sales Office, you will be working closely with the sales team and report to the Sales Office Manager.
Key Duties
- Assisting with marketing tasks
- Using Salesforce for mailers about deals, pushing out marketing material
- Calling people for follow ups
- Social Media updating
- Ordering staff uniform
- Stock machine management/Ordering
- General office tasks & administration as required
Skills and experience required
- Ideally experience within marketing or some knowledge
- Savvy on LinkedIn and Instagram
- Meticulous approach to quality of work with very high attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under own initiative as well as part of a team
The Part Time Marketing Assistant will work a very varied role. This will initially be on a fixed term contract of 15 months and a part time basis, 22.5 hours a week. These hours can be over 3, 4 or 5 days per week.
Applicants must have attention to detail, be able to prioritise work loads, as well as be able to work under pressure. In return you will be offered a salary of 17,000 based on 22.5 hours, 25 days holiday (pro rata), pension scheme and free parking.
