The New Year always gives people the boost to start looking for a new role. If you're a seasoned interim, I'm sure by now you're used to your contract ending in December. So January becomes the month you start looking for a new contract.
Multiple organisations are looking for Stock Condition Surveyors at the moment. Are you up to the task? Many Housing Associations are in need of all of their data being up to date by the end of March, so I have been inundated with Stock Condition Surveying roles.

As a Stock Condition Surveyor you will cover a large geographical area for this Housing Association, but you will be paid mileage and hotel stays. They are happy for a Surveyor to work through their own limited company too. Yes you read that right, the role is Outside IR-35.
Ideally, you will have a qualification in Surveying, but experience is certainly valued above it.
