Join Our Team as a Records Assistant!

As a Wayleaves Records Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Property Team and the Electricity Distribution business. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in maintaining land rights agreements, ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently. Summary:
- Start date: ASAP
- Duration: 6 -12 months maternity cover
- Location: Castle Donington
- Pay Rate: 19.65 per hour
- Hours: 37 per week - Monday to Friday all onsite
Duties Include:
- Recording and processing of Deed packets to and from our off shore archiving facility, to include scanning, recording & providing updates to requestors
- Review of existing Section 37 plans & documentation to include recording and scanning
- Processing of returned Wayleave cheques including interrogation of multiple systems to ultimately establish the correct ownership
- Maintain and update Wayleave agreement details and associated records systems.
Requirements:
- Experience using various IT systems, with the ability to adapt and learn new processes swiftly.
- Exceptional organisational skills, with the capability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to engage confidently and diplomatically with both internal and external customers.
- A strong team player who can also work independently and show initiative.
