Our client requires an experienced administration coordinator to join their manufacturing department, this role is initially temporary and will convert to permanent. The role is to support the works on site and requires juggling several tasks at a time with the focus of meeting customer expectations on time.
Role & Responsibilities
- Quoting new jobs
- Purchasing and negotiating on some materials and achieving best price
- Scheduling works and managing work schedules across the department
- Liaising with different internal departments and external suppliers
- Booking in deliveries
This role can be a 4 or 5 day per week role (Monday - Friday) for the right candidate with experience of the above tasks who is highly organised and proficient on Excel.
