Business Support Administrator

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join the finance division as a Business Support Administrator. As an administrator you will have the opportunity to provide internal departments and external customers with a superior level of service and showcase your organisational skills. Working in the rental admin team you will provide an efficient and effective support function.

Responsibilities
  • To provided any information required in relation to rental contracts for internal or external customers
  • To process and validate rental contracts ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • To ensure that all rental data, records, contracts are organised and maintained
  • Create and close finance agreements
  • To provide an effective link between all relevant internal departments
  • To foster great working relationships
Qualifications
  • Superstar on Microsoft office packages
  • Admin experience
  • Great communication skills
  • Ability to be proactive and work to deadlines
